STATION F has announced its 2026 Future 40, an annual selection of promising and high-performing startups at the Paris campus. The announcement comes as companies in the STATION F ecosystem report raising a record €2 billion in 2026, surpassing the previous record set in 2025.
The eighth edition of the list features companies working across artificial intelligence, DeepTech, infrastructure and developer tools, hardware and robotics, climate technology, healthcare and other fields. The 40 teams were chosen from more than 1,000 startups at STATION F this year, placing them among the top 4% of the campus’s companies. Selection is based on metrics, traction and milestones, with no funding cap.
The cohort has raised €110 million to date, making it one of the list’s better-funded groups. Most of its companies are at pre-seed or seed stage: 31 are at those stages, while two are at Series A and five are bootstrapped. Among the funded teams are Arlequin AI, which has raised €28 million; CURA, with $10 million; Cleavr, with €8 million; and Lemrock, with €7 million.
The selected companies address challenges ranging from defence and infrastructure to climate and healthcare. Examples include AICE’s underwater defence drones, Bleu Robotics’ humanoid robots, CURA’s cement decarbonisation technology and RainPath’s AI-based cancer diagnostics. AI is also a prominent theme, with Lemrock, NuMind and Arlequin AI developing applications for areas including commerce, document processing and high-stakes decision-making.
Fourteen companies in the cohort come from F/AI. Others joined through partner programmes with CentraleSupélec, Microsoft, TotalEnergies, Entrepreneur First and HEC.
Founded by Xavier Niel in 2017, STATION F says its 50,000-square-metre Paris campus supports more than 1,000 startups each year through 40 programmes. The Future 40 began in 2019 as a live pitch event and moved online the following year to enable investors to participate remotely. STATION F has invested in selected teams since 2022, including Pimento and Flowie, both of which have since been acquired.
Across eight editions, Future 40 companies have raised a cumulative €1.2 billion. Meanwhile, STATION F companies have raised more than €1 billion annually since 2022, including over €1.5 billion in 2025. The 2026 total was boosted by large rounds from alumni such as Multiverse Computing, which raised €500 million, and Alan, which raised €480 million.
