Journify has raised $12 million in a Series A round at four times its previous valuation, as the ad signal infrastructure company prepares to expand into the US and Europe. Al Mada Ventures led the investment alongside returning investor Silicon Badia. Shorooq and Bunat Ventures increased their stakes, while Du Ventures and Oraseya Capital joined the round as new investors.
The company helps brands send advertising platforms more complete information about customer outcomes, including purchases, sign-ups and in-store sales. Journify says browser restrictions, tracking failures and disconnected offline sales can leave ad platforms with an incomplete view of who is buying. Its system connects data from sources such as websites, mobile apps, CRM systems and offline sales, then activates consented signals across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap and Amazon Ads.
More than 100 businesses use Journify, according to the company, including ecommerce brands and major retailers. It cited Saudi retailer Jarir Bookstore, which increased its return on ad spend on Meta by 182%, and ecommerce brand Baytonia, which raised its TikTok return on ad spend by 80% while reducing cost per purchase by 44%.
Journify said it has already used AI to monitor data connections, identify signal-quality problems and address them. The new funding will support further development of those capabilities as the company expands beyond the Gulf Cooperation Council region. The announcement cited dentsu’s estimate that global advertising spending will exceed $1 trillion in 2026, with algorithms expected to place three-quarters of advertising by 2028.
Silicon Badia said Journify’s revenue had grown more than fivefold since its initial investment. Founded in 2022, the company is headquartered in San Francisco and has offices in Dubai and Riyadh.
