Revolut has been valued at $115 billion in a secondary share sale, a 53% increase from its valuation in a similar transaction a year ago. The sale did not bring new money into the British fintech, which declined to disclose how much stock changed hands.

Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price Associates and Baillie Gifford led the transaction.

Founded in 2015, Revolut has grown from a money-transfer app into a financial services platform with more than 80 million retail customers in over 40 countries. The company has banking operations across Europe and launched banks in the U.K., Mexico, Australia and New Zealand this year. It has also secured banking licenses in France, Colombia and Argentina.

Revolut began rolling out financial services in India earlier this year. In the U.S., it has received conditional approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to establish a national bank. The company plans to launch it in the first half of 2027, subject to final regulatory approval.

The company reported $6 billion in revenue in 2025, with a profit margin of 38%. Its business banking division, launched in 2017, accounts for about 20% of Revolut’s gross profit, according to James Gibson, head of Revolut Business and a company partner.

Revolut Business is available across Europe, the U.K., Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and the U.S. The division processes more than £36 billion in transactions each month, including over £1 billion in the U.S. It generates more than £950 million in annualized revenue and holds over £18 billion in customer deposits, the company said.

Revolut aims to expand its business banking services to markets including Mexico, Brazil and India, though it has not specified a timeline. It also plans to grow its business customer base from more than 800,000 to one million by 2027.

The company is weighing a public listing. CEO Nik Storonsky has considered a dual listing in New York and London and indicated a preference for a primary U.S. listing. An IPO would come no earlier than 2028, depending on market conditions; it could reportedly value Revolut at $200 billion.
