A 57-year-old worker died in a workplace accident at a cardboard factory in Fabriano, in the province of Ancona, on the morning of November 3. He was working at a press at the Biondi plant on Via Bachelet when the incident occurred.
Firefighters and medical personnel responded to the site, but the worker could not be saved. Initial information indicates that he was crushed by the press and suffered fatal injuries.
The circumstances of the accident are still being investigated.
