Q8 Italia has announced a 20% reduction on petrol and diesel prices for its direct customers working in agriculture and fishing. The discount will run through December 31, 2026, and will be calculated on the price excluding VAT.
The company said the measure was introduced in response to Italy’s current national emergency and following requests from the Italian government. Q8 said it aims to ease energy costs for two sectors at the start of the food supply chain, supporting continuity of supplies and helping limit the impact on consumers.
Q8 has not yet specified how eligible customers can access the discount. The company said it will define the implementation details in light of market developments and supply conditions.
The initiative is separate from a price cap on petrol and diesel that Q8 says it has already introduced for motorists and confirmed through the end of the year.
