Munay Zamorano is encouraging young people to look beyond founding new companies and consider taking over existing businesses. She became a company owner while working as a student and later sold the business.

At the German Founders and Entrepreneurs Day (deGUT) in Berlin, the 28-year-old spoke about her experience. She describes business succession as “like starting a company, only easier,” while cautioning that others should not necessarily follow the same path she took.

Zamorano now calls herself a succession activist, promoting business takeovers as another route into entrepreneurship.
